摘要: Abstract The warp of steel and brittle material thin workpieces in one-pass surface grinding has been studied, using WA, CBN, diamond wheels. experiments were conducted on annealed hardened steels, sintered alumina, cemented carbide silicon, whose size was 1.5mm thickness 100mm length, at depths cut to 30μm. Grinding force, as well residual stress, measured interpret the results curvature. A SEM micrographic study affected zone performed. Thus, difference curvature for wheels evident. superabrasive wheels, especially wheel, tend cause a convex curvature, major reason inclination is considered plastically deformed layer.
