摘要: The aim of the study was to investigate a low-carbohydrate ketogenic diet (LCKD) as an effective strategy decrease overall weight and fat mass, preserve lean body mass (LBM) without compromising performance in trained, male powerlifters. This six-week randomized controlled trial, with LCKD intervention group normal control group. instructed consume total calories less than 7% carbohydrates, 50% fat, 45% protein, while (CON) maintained ad libitum diet.
