摘要: Abstract Isothermal compression tests were carried out on a spray-formed ultrahigh carbon steel (UHCS-3.0Si) by Gleeble 1500 system. The true stress increases with the decrease of temperature and increase strain rate. deformation activation energies, Q , UHCS-3.0Si are not only dependent but also rate dependent. value as decreases it is in proportion to weight percent undissolved carbides. At high rates (5–30 s −1 ), dislocation slip cross main mechanism at low (0.1–1 s climb-controlled creep mechanism. Microstructural evolution was analyzed during 800 °C, cementite lamellas have fair formability some broken up which leads great softening.
