摘要: This note introduces Peter Landin‘s 1965 technical report “A Generalization of Jumps and Labels”, which is reprinted in this volume. Its aim to make that historic paper more accessible the reader help reading it context. To end, we explain control operator J contemporary terms, recall Burge‘s solution a problem original account.
