摘要: This paper presents the next step in evolution of multi-sensor wireless network systems early automatic detection forest fires. allows remote monitoring each locations as well communication between sensors and with control stations. The result is an increased coverage area, quicker safer responses. To determine presence a wildfire, system employs decision fusion thermal imaging, which can exploit various expected characteristics real fire, including short-term persistence long-term increases over time. Results from testing laboratory environment are presented to authenticate verify accuracy operation proposed system. performance gauged by number alarms time first alarm (corresponding fire), for different probability false (PFA). necessity thereby demonstrated.
