摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between sleep, photoperiod, milk yield and hormones connected formation. Variations prolactin (PRL) Insulin-Like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in plasma were measured during two different light programs. programs consisted either 24 hours (L24:D0) or four 20 darkness (L4:D20). Five cows Swedish Red breed used a cross-over experiment each program five days. Milk at every milking samples analyzed with regard fat, lactose protein. difference morning evening 12-hour interval also examined. Blood collected via permanent catheter after periods sleep last 36 program. There no significant differences composition programs, neither did vary. There small variations amounts Plasma PRL not differ significantly besides 1 min 11 start milking. Levels IGF-1 higher L4:D20. effect on IGF-1. Sleep, formation needs be further studied order possible connections underlying mechanisms.
