摘要: This chapter discusses how teaching and research activities differ across academics’ career stages. Specifically, we focus on differences in their preference for research, budgeting time, methods used, approach, productivity. For this chapter, analyzed a sample of 900 academics the Korean Changing Academic Profession data. We found that senior lean more toward but allocate time research; junior other hand have stronger spend administration. In teaching, use lecturing as main instructional method. classroom, interestingly, tend to emphasize practical socially oriented knowledge than do colleagues. terms academic productivity, high rate publication international journals, while are performers relation domestic journals book publications.
