摘要: The methodology used during the Animal Standard Meat Inspection (SIS) has been controversial in decision to condemn or approve materials for human consumption. aim of this study was to identify microscopic lesions found lymph node tissues condemned tuberculosis by Brazilian SIS. Sixty-one nodes were collected, fixed buffered formalin 10% and submitted histological processing. By evaluating with HE meat inspection; Mycobacterium bovis ; tuberculosis.
