摘要: Summary Background  Over the last three decades, oral retinoids etretinate and acitretin have revolutionized treatment of disorders keratinization (DOK). Many patients with DOK require life-long retinoids. However, longest follow-up data on retinoid therapy is 10 years for adults up to 11 years children. Objectives  The aim our study was collect long-term retrospective including disease response, side-effects pregnancy outcome in a cohort who were among first world commence 25 years ago. Methods  Between 1979 1981, 30 commenced department.
