摘要: Mutual exchange of status data between vehicles in close proximity is the basis for safe vehicle operation. Application areas range from driver assistance/warning to fully autonomous driving. To enable this we need an intervehicle communication (IVC) system. Vehicles involved mutual form a kind local area network; however, characteristics network are quite different those conventional networks. The configuration changes time time, terms organization, group, group position, and relative position; therefore, it very challenging establish. authors have been working on problem point view media protocol. requirements IVC discussed, several preliminary protocols proposed. also present some experimental results implementation function integrating by infrared ray with gap-measuring technique vision
