摘要: Multicomponent TeO2–Bi2O3–ZnO (TBZ) glass thin films were prepared using RF magnetron sputtering under different oxygen flow rates. The influences of rate on the structural and optical properties resulting investigated. We observed that sputtered in an oxygen-rich environment are optically transparent while those oxygen-deficient exhibit broadband absorption. origin property variation was studied X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy which revealed presence under-coordinated Te leads to absorption films.
