摘要: WT is an 81-year-old female who presents to the emergency department with a chief complaint of left hip pain after falling down during syncopal episode. The patient independent ambulatory, community dweller denies any other injuries or pain. On primary survey, she demonstrates GCS 15, patent airway, and hemodynamically stable. secondary no gross deformities her lower extremity are noted.
