摘要: The antigenic differences between endozoites and cystozoites ofToxoplasma gondii were analyzed by indirect immunofluorescent assay Western blotting using monoclonal antibodies. An determinant of an antigen 20 kDa mol. wt. that appeared to be localized in the cytoplasm was observed specific alone. 20-kDa diffused throughout parasite produced both vivo vitro.
