Electrocatalytic Property Toward Dopamine and Uric Acid of the Nanoparticles TiO2 Modified Electrode

摘要: The titanium sol was prepared by depositing the organic on glassy carbon electrode surface. Electrophoresis time and applied voltage as well can markedly influence electrochemical behavior of nanoTiO2 film. In contrast with bare electrode, film had a good electrocatalytic activity to dopamine (DA) uric acid (UA) in PBS solution. result showed that there linear relationship between oxidation peak currents concentration DA from 8.0×10-6 4.0×10-4 mol·L-1 differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) UA 8×10-6 1.0×10-3 mol·L-1. This modified quite effective detect simultaneous determination these species mixture.
