摘要: Abstract We report on temperature dependence of Mn K-edge local structure studies La 0.67 Ca 0.33 MnO 3 , its relation with the behavior at insulator–metal oxide transition ( T IM ), and change conducting regime both sides this phase in samples prepared different protocols. Our results yield strong support for coexistence two non-equivalent octahedra sublattices insulating phase, one assigned to a localized small-polaron distorted site. Below we detect average octahedron only temperatures which resistivity shows last inflection. also find picture our analysis infrared optical conductivity same samples.
