摘要: Background We have recently completed a large phase III trial in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) the elderly which showed that combination of gemcitabine (GEM) plus vinorelbine (VNR), with GEM administered first, did not improve any outcome as compared each single drug. Materials and methods The anti-tumor efficacy different sequences administration VNR was investigated small panel NSCLC lines, by using an vitro cytotoxic assay isobologram analysis. Results Treatment cells followed resulted moderate synergism one line (A549), antagonism two lines (H838 H1355). However, treatment all lines.
