摘要: We have developed novel antisense oligonucleotide-formulated microspheres that can reverse hyperglycemia in newly-onset diabetic mice. Dendritic cells taking up the adopt a restrained co-stimulation ability and migrate to pancreatic lymph nodes when injected into an abdominal region is drained by those nodes. Furthermore, we demonstrate absolute numbers of antigen-specific Foxp3+ T regulatory are increased only draining site administration these T-cells proliferate independently antigen supply microspheres. Taken together, our data add emerging model where may not be requirement "vaccines" for autoimmune disease, but - subserved target organ fact critical foster generation cells. The implications observations on "vaccine" design autoimmunity discussed summarized.
