摘要: Abstract Electronic properties of triangular and hexagonal nano-scale quantum dots (QDs) Silicene bilayer graphene are studied. It is shown that the low-energy edge-localized electronic states, existing within size-quantized gap easily tunable by electric field. The appearance field evolution in these zero energy states (ZES) to be very sensitive QD geometry permits design field-effect scalable devices with on-demand.
