摘要: Abstract In order to provide a detailed reference for the processing of high-performance Al-Li alloy, effects cold rolling pre-deformation on microstructure and properties V-1469 alloy were investigated by Vickers hardness, tensile measurement, intergranular corrosion, electrochemical technique electron microscopy. The results show that mechanical can be improved treatment. When 10% deformation was applied, strength yield reached 600 MPa 560 MPa, respectively, elongation remained above 7%. Moreover, treatment effectively improve corrosion alloy. With increase pre-deformation, maximum depth degree are decreased. addition, with observation shows precipitation θ’ (Al2Cu) phase is inhibited, while main hardening-phase T1 (Al2CuLi) disperses homogeneously in grain. Besides, volume fraction phases stacking fault (grain boundary sub-grain boundary) decreases its precipitating pattern changes from continuous discontinuous precipitation, which causes width precipitate free zone (PFZ) gradually decrease.
