摘要: As gastric cancer (GC) involves changes in gene expression, proteins that bind to methylated DNA, such as methyl-CpG-binding domain protein 2 (MBD2) may be a potential target for treatment. We used immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence detect the MBD2 expression GC tissues SGC-7901 (GC cell line), RT-PCR western blotting evaluate knockdown of by specific siRNAs, MTT assay analyse proliferation after MBD2-siRNA transfection. found was higher than matched non-cancerous tissues, associated with size histological grade tissues. distributed nucleus cells, mRNA could inhibited siRNA. Finally, 96 h transfection, growth rate decreased compared controls. Hence an underlying
