摘要: The large variability in the measurement of human response to aircraft noise is described, and philosophy behind a social survey designed eliminate some causes this variability, by considering small geographical area over which from one flyover nearly constant, outlined. Results show that it not measurements indices need improvement, but measures response. Unitl we have better measure than McKennell's Guttman Annoyance Scale [1], efforts improve are wasted. annoyance score residents studied just as high previous surveys NNI has been used an Index group areas equal exposure. Some objections operation particular scale raised. Analysis Coefficients Reproducibility various shows behaved differently different surveys.
