摘要: Abstract When planning bioenergy production from biomass, planners should take into account each and every stakeholder along the biomass supply chains, e.g. resources suppliers, transportation, conversion electricity suppliers. Also, have to consider social concerns, environmental economical impacts related with establishing systems specific difficulties of country. To overcome these problems in a sustainable manner, robust decision support system is required. For that purpose, two levels general Bioenergy Decision System (gBEDS) for implementation was developed. The core part gBEDS information base, which includes basic detailed information. Basic include, instance, geographical (GIS) database, materials’ logistic database database. considers parameters’ values their default variables obtained by simulation optimization. It also scenario used demonstration new users case based reasoning executers. Based on following modules are included making: module graph interface unit process (UP) definition genetic algorithms (GAs) methods optimal decisions Matlab applying data mining (fuzzy C-means clustering trees) collection points, define location storage plants optimization model developed whole life cycle generation. Furthermore, set up calculation crucial parameters (e.g. costs, CO2 emissions), over predefined chains. GIS allows visualization all users’ quantifiable outputs. With help graphical interface, can easily feasible evaluate them according own interests, might they be environmental, economical, or others. Therefore, supports energy both national regional assess options (technically economically) utilization plan generation competent way.
