摘要: The structures and chemistry of 1,3-oxazine derivatives their carbo- or heterocycle-fused analogs have been studied thoroughly from various aspects in recent decades. Numerous methods devised for the preparation variously saturated substituted this family heterocycles, are discussed chapter with regard to mode assembly ring atoms. latest developments these fields, involving multicomponent reactions, solid-phase procedures, both conventional enzymatic catalytic synthetic organic chemistry, allow highly regio-, stereo-, enantioselective compounds. With increasing demand chiral nonracemic molecules, stereoselective synthesis applications enantiopure 1,3-oxazines asymmetric transformations recently gained importance. wide-ranging possibilities application syntheses utilized numerous mono- difunctional compounds, including key intermediates toward natural products bioactive substances. Besides structural chemical characterization analogs, most important biologically active also discussed.
