The gap between evidence and practice in maternal healthcare

摘要: The expected improvement in maternal and perinatal health developing countries has not yet materialized. In addition to the factors related socioeconomic conditions, we have identified areas where large gaps between evidence practice are apparent. These clinical care, implementation of effective practices selecting research priorities. We present examples from our own literature illustrate these points.
