摘要: The renal hemodynamic and neurohumoral determinants of sodium water excretion abnormalities were studied in 66 patients with severe chronic congestive heart failure. Abnormalities not closely related to any one variable but the result convergence a number determinants. most important for activation renin-angiotensin system ventricular function; plasma vasopressin, norepinephrine, functions. In subgroup patients, overactivation led increased furosemide requirements. A 17-month follow-up all showed less favorable clinical course this even when compared hemodynamically matched patients.
