摘要: The increased interest in the area of process improvement persuaded Rabobank Group ICT examining its own Change-process order to improve competitiveness. group is looking for answers about effectiveness changes applied as part this process, with particular toward presence predictive patterns and their parameters. We conducted an analysis log using well established mining techniques (i.e. Fuzzy Miner). results on show that a visible impact missing.
