Handwritten Arabic (Indian) Numerals Recognition using Expert System

摘要: The capability of a computer system to interpret intelligible handwritten data input and analyze it for many automated process is the core handwriting character recognition system. Handwritten plays major role in applications, such as cheques verification, office automation, natural human-computer interaction, well mail sorting. Procedures numeral have showed remarkable contribution order improve automation developed human machine interaction several fields applications. In this paper, proposed approach based on extraction both local global geometric features. features are further quantified into set facts or conditions that used classification rules an expert addition, sample images tested with technique results stated accuracy rate calculated confusion matrix. output error terms False Rejection Rate (FRR) 4 % overall successful 96 %.
