摘要: In the past decades, large amounts of contaminated sediments have been dredged and spread out along rivers. The understanding fate behaviour contaminants in is essential to deal with management sediments. Heavy metal leaching different ages since disposal, varying from 10 70 years, was assessed by pHstat test potentiometric titrations. Based on titration results, two operationally defined pools heavy metals, i.e., a labile slowly pool were distinguished quantified mathematical description behaviour. during titrations allowed deduction four groups elements type Considering Zn, Cd Ni displayed similar acid neutralizing capacity (ANC), whereas release Cu, Pb Cr slower than ANC. However, no significant differences regard found between time disposal land. elevated analysed this study strongly decrease risk soil acidification associated leaching. prediction over an extended period time, together potential trace considered important advantage tests compared conventional procedures.
