摘要: Abstract Using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as the template and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) silica source, ordered cubic mesoporous ZrMCM-48 molecular sieves were synthesized by addition of sodium fluoride in hydrothermal crystallization process. The structure property calcined sample characterized XRD, TEM, XPS, N 2 physical adsorption, respectively. effect time, temperature F − /Si molar ratio on synthesis process was systematically investigated. Also, different ratios Si/Zr textural properties samples also evaluated. results show that optimum conditions are following: is 120 °C, time 24 h 0.1. A small amount substitution Zr ions for Si 4+ framework MCM-48 did not significantly change while higher content incorporated leads to decrease surface area deterioration structural regularity.
