摘要: So far, mutation induction in the germline of directly exposed parents has been regarded as main component genetic risk ionising radiation. However, recent data on delayed effects exposure to radiation challenge for existing paradigm. The results some publications imply that elevated rates detectable not only irradiated cells, but also their non-irradiated progeny. Here I review transgenerational instability showing radiation-induced manifests offspring, affecting and other characteristics. This paper summarises increased cancer incidence somatic tissues offspring parents. possible mechanisms are discussed.
