摘要: Anaphylaxis, the maximal manifestation of an immediate allergic reaction, is a life-threatening systemic reaction. The therapy chosen according to clinical manifestations and new German guidelines are in preparation. Required measures include removal allergen, adequate positioning, assessment severity organ involvement activation emergency medical services. In anaphylaxis with primarily cardiovascular involvement, epinephrine treatment choice given together volume substitution, oxygen, H(1)-antihistamines corticosteroids. Obstruction airways treated intramuscular inhaled epinephrine, or alternatively β(2)-sympathicomimetics, oxygen. Abdominal cutaneous such as generalized urticaria, usually can be intravenous H(1)-antihistamines, glucocorticoids surveillance. patients anaphylaxis, elicitor reaction has diagnosed by allergy testing. Patients sustained risk for should receive self-medication kit educated about behavioral patterns needed prophylaxis anaphylactic reactions. Patient educational intervention increases knowledge practical competence thus, basis successful management anaphylaxis.
