摘要: Abstract Pancratium is the most widespread of all genera in Eurasian clade Amaryllidaceae. Over 21 species have been identified this genus, widely distributed exclusively around Canary Islands, Northern Africa, Mediterranean, and Indic areas. To date, 53 different alkaloids isolated from genus. The crinine- haemanthamine-type alkaloids, together with lycorine-type are abundant It important to note that several biosynthesize diverse large amounts. This review covers occurrence present relevant NMR characteristics for each alkaloid-types, chemical synthesis, biological activities described during period 2005 until May 2009.
