摘要: The spontaneous locomotor activity (SLA) of Drosophila melanogaster flies kept at various gravity levels (1-5 g) was recorded in both longitudinal and cross-sectional experiments. No level effect could be detected the one, probably because these were allowed (for technical reasons) to rest 1 g for 15% their life. By contrast, 5 experiment had lower SLA scores middle old age than 3 g-kept flies. results this series experiments on hypergravity (HG) effects three forms (climbing activity, patterns movement SLA) allow conclude that aging is accelerated HG, even if no longevity decrease 1-4 range.
