摘要: A method and apparatus for reducing unsolicited bulk email, or spam, to a computer network is described having gateway, mail queue, delay queue. The gateway handles input/output the communicating outside of network. may make an initial determination likelihood that incoming spam deliver likely all be delivered Email queue held in configurable amount time, until determined either undesirable permissible. Once email not permissible, it delivery intended recipient. discarded, returned sender, further inspection.
