摘要: Abstract Clostridioides difficile infection is an increasing presence worldwide. Prevention multipronged, reflecting a complex and evolving epidemiology. Multiple guidelines exist regarding the prevention of C. in healthcare settings; however, existing do not address low- middle-income countries (LMIC). Nevertheless, prevalence LMIC likely parallels, if exceeds, that high-income countries, may experience additional challenges diagnosis control. A panel experts was convened by International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID) to review current state infections globally make evidence-based recommendations are broadly applicable.
