摘要: Objective The objective of this study was to differentiate type II lumbar endoleaks on the basis dynamic features identified by contrast-enhanced ultrasound scanning (CUS) and evaluate role differentiation in detecting abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) enlargement ≥1 mL/mo. Methods Eighteen male patients (mean age, 71.8 years) with endoleak suspected at CUS underwent computed tomography angiography (CTA) digital subtraction (DSA). On CTA, AAA volumes visualization volume were assessed. At CUS, performed after a bolus 1.5 2.4 mL second generation blood pool contrast agent, following parameters evaluated: presence material within aneurysmal sac (endoleak), delay detection (wash-in) disappearance (washout) from beginning injection, inflow outflow vessels, cavity filling. Statistical analysis regarding rate enlargement. Results DSA confirmed all endoleaks. Mean ± standard deviation wash-in washout times 121.9 132.6 337.2 193.7 seconds, respectively; significant relation observed between these two ( P Conclusion Type show different hemodynamic which might influence enlargement, addressing need for treatment.
