摘要: For decades, schizophrenia was considered exclusively as a biological disorder. As result, pharmacotherapy has been the predominant mode of treatment. Antipsychotic medication is indicated for first episode, acute, chronic well refractory patients. So much research conducted to evaluate efficacy antipsychotics through clinical studies, randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses. Scientific journals are full on pharmacotherapy. According American Psychiatric Association [APA] (2004), treatment plan patients with should include: 1.The reduction or elimination symptoms, 2.Improving quality life adaptive functioning, 3.Promote maintain recovery. In last in social sciences psychiatric rehabilitation produced considerable body knowledge respect psychosocial factors that influence curse this illness. result treatments have also designed implemented.
