摘要: Few comprehensive metabolic profiles of Lentinula edodes-derived polysaccharides on mammalians have been reported to date. In previous studies, a novel heteropolysaccharide, named L2, obtained from L. edodes had shown anti-ageing effects in mice. this study, 1H NMR-based metabolomics approach was used investigate the urinary metabolome changes aged mice gavaged with L2 for better understanding mechanism. Six metabolites urine were identified as potential markers treatment. An increase α-oxoglutarate (α-OG) and decrease β-hydroxybutyrate, glutamate, glucose, choline, lactate observed. Enrichment pathway analysis indicated that 11 pathways disrupted after These altered are mainly associated energy metabolism, amino acid glycolysis. The results suggest could exert partly by regulating these pathways. Moreover, findings may help understand mechanisms bioactivities polysaccharides. Practical applications In heteropolysaccharide edodes. polysaccharides, further development food medicine.
