摘要: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly cancers with a poor prognosis. Though studies have implicated roles microRNAs in pancreatic progression, little known about role miR-613 cancer. In present study, expression was down-regulated tissues and cell lines. Down-regulation positively correlated tumor differentiation, advanced TNM stage, nodal metastasis shorter overall survival patients Overexpression suppressed proliferation, invasion migration, induced apoptosis cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase cells. Bioinformatics analysis, luciferase reporter assay rescue experiments showed that notch3 direct target miR-613. MiR-613 inversely tissues. The long non-coding RNA, HOX transcript antisense RNA (HOTAIR) up-regulated both lines, HOTAIR via functioning as competing endogenous RNA. vivo stable overexpression or knock-down growth also reduced notch3. conclusion, these results suggest functions to regulate sponging
