摘要: Abstract The uniform hexagonal cone-like Cu2O nanostructures (HCCNs) which of the diameter is about 500 nm, have been successfully prepared via an ultrasound-assisted method. Due to effects sonication, are composed numerous nanoparticles. A possible growth mechanism proposed as nucleation and small primary nanoparticles through oriented attachment mechanism. By investigating experimental conditions, it found that volume ratio N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF)/deionized water time sonication treatment turned out be important parameters for control morphology Cu2O. Moreover, compared with other products, HCCNs exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity photodegradation hazardous organic contaminants in such phenol Rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light irradiation. It believed this phenomenon originated from unique nanostructure its larger surface areas, leading high utilization rate light. Based on results, degradation RhB can proposed.
