Localization and Morphology of Different Fibromatoses

摘要: Fibromatoses can be regarded as tumorous proliferations “intermediate in their biological behavior between benign fibrous lesions (e.g. nodular fasciitis) and fibrosarcoma” (Enzinger Weiss 1988) (Fig. 1). They are usually divided into superficial (Dupuytren-type) deeply located groups. Since they do not metastasize should called low-grade fibrosarcomas (Allen 1977).
