Studies on the comparative efficiency of utilization of gross energy from some carbohydrates, proteins and fats by rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri, R.)

摘要: Abstract By means of a comparative slaughter technique, energy balances were determined in growing rainbow trout. Seven parts fish meal/casein basal mixture blended with either 1.3 sunflower oil or 3 one the following compounds: glucose, sucrose, lactose, gelatinized maize starch gelatine.
