Stress in U.K. Mental Health Training: A Multi-dimensional Comparison Study

摘要: Aims: This paper describes a comparison study of trainee clinical psychologists, psychiatric nursing students and PhD using multi-dimensional model stress. Methodology: A total 168 94 253 completed an online questionnaire. Multiple risk factors were measured, including work characteristics, appraisals, coping, health behaviours, childhood experiences mental outcomes. Results: Trainee psychologists reported the highest levels demands, perceived stress psychological ill health. Psychiatric emotion-based which needs to be addressed. Alcohol consumption appears important coping strategy employed by students. Negative significantly higher for training groups than Conclusion: Where other research focusing on at or in environments tends consider only small number isolation, this considers multiple approach is more likely representative real-life situations, are exposed hazards.
