Dark state population determines magnetic sensitivity in radical pair magnetoreception model

摘要: What is the real role of quantum coherence and entanglement in radical pair (RP) compass, what determines singlet yield have not been fully understood. In this paper, we find that dark states two-electron Zeeman energy operator (TEZE) play an important RP compass. We respectively calculate yields for two initial state basis: coherent same just removing coherence. For later there neither nor whole dynamical process. Surprisingly both cases are same, based on result, believe population completely, little contribution to it. Finally, also as well anisotropy fragile vertical magnetic noise.
