摘要: This study presents the application of Presage/optical-CT 3D dosimetry system for relative in Radiologic Physics Center (RPC) Head and Neck (HN including point dose measurements (TLD) planar Gafchromic EBT film measurement. The distribution from Presage was read out at Duke using OCTOPUS 5X optical-CT scanner. compared with gold-standard measurement (determined by RPC) calculated Eclipse distribution. agreement between normalized EBT, Presage, distributions, central axial plane evaluated profiles gamma-map comparisons (4% difference 3 mm distance to agreement). Profiles showed good distributions. 2D all three modalities least 98% pass rate. excellent established as a standard against which evaluate accuracy A gamma comparison distributions gave an overall rate approximately 94%. In conclusion, found be feasible RPC IMRT H&N phantom. potential extend credentialing procedure may provided accurate calibration (Gy) robustness shipping stress are demonstrated.
