摘要: Abstract Oxide materials are of current interest as high-temperature thermoelectrics in the automotive and manufacturing energy-harvesting sectors due to high chemical robustness, low toxicity cost. Driven by a need improve thermoelectric performance n-type oxides level p-type analogues, ceramics composites based on donor-doped SrTiO3 considered promising material. Here Nb-doped with Nb content 10 15% well Sr/(Nb + Ti) ratio 1.00 0.98 was mixed 0.6 wt. % graphene oxide (GO) prepared Hummer-based method conventionally sintered atmosphere H2/N2 reduce both GO. Addition reduced GO combination introduction Sr vacancies provides synergistic effect fastening charge transport thereby increasing electrical conductivity σ suppressing thermal κ. These factors, together moderate Seebeck coefficient S, result power factor PF = S2 × σ up ∼1.98 mW/(K2m) figure merit ZT = PF × T/κ 0.29. findings offer further prospects for seeking SrTiO3-based modification
