摘要: Abstract In the past decade privatization has been one of few economic measures to command broad acceptance around world, from governments, business and academics. Privatization knows no geographic or boundaries. It is being implemented in some world's poorest countries wealthiest. The World Bank estimates that either under way planned at least 50 countries. Governments worldwide sold an estimated $25 billion worth state assets private investors 1990 alone. 1 a further $30 will have generated sales owned enterprises 1991. And oil chemical sectors among major targets recent initiatives. Middle East has, however, late comer arena. Globally, it accounts for less than 1% total divested public 3% developing (Figure 1). Of entire East, only Egypt Iran developed clear coherent vision plan privatization.
