摘要: An improved background noise estimator (320) is disclosed for use with a suppression system (300) generating an estimate of the power spectral density provided to suppressor (310), which performs speech quality enhancement upon pre-processed speech-plus-noise signal available at input generate clean post-processed output. Background utilizes energy valley detector based perform speech/noise classification, and density. As result, supplied more accurate measurement energy, since it performed during determination occurrences pauses in speech.
