Adolescent girls and young women: Policy-to-implementation gaps for addressing sexual and reproductive health needs in South Africa.

摘要: Sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services for adolescent girls young women (AGYW) remain inadequate - both globally in South Africa (SA). We systematically scoped the available policies guidelines SRH-related policy AGYW SA. found many to address issues of family planning, HIV prevention care antenatal maternal care. Despite wealth guidance, SA's high rates pregnancy transmission continue unabated. Our review analysis identified researchers policymakers consider when developing implementing programmes improve SRH services. suggest that considering national alongside evidence what is effective, as well contextual barriers enablers strategies needs SRH, are among key steps addressing policy-to-implementation gap.
