摘要: Experimental neurooncology has developed several methods to produce an appropriate tumor model for investigations on the pathogenesis of brain tumors, and development new procedures diagnosis management these neoplasms. Most successful been selective induction neurogenic tumors in experimental animals by resorbable chemical carcinogens. Here, transplacental administration N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) pregnant rats revealed a special effectiveness respect high incidence specific origin induced offspring (2, 3, 6-8, 13, 15, 16). Moreover, this method is very reliable, requiring little effort having relatively low cost. The neoplasms nearly always occur at multiple sites (15, Their histologic features are often comparable man (6, 17).
